We want you to be absolutely delighted with your weird and wonderful treasures, but if your purchase isn't quite strange enough, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in pristine, oddball condition.

Contact the Curators

Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't meet your expectations for weirdness.

Secure the Goods

Carefully pack the item in its original box or a sturdy shipping container to prevent any damage during its journey back to our warehouse.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return authorization number to the outside of the package and ship it back to our Seattle headquarters using your preferred carrier.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
